Most days in the recent months have been marked with an inundation of news updates—mostly scary and negative. While it’s incredibly important to stay informed and up to date, having an aspect of escapism and relaxation to your day is necessary to your mental health. If you’re having trouble getting into a series, can’t commit to a two-and-a-half-hour movie, and haven’t gotten into the podcast scene... get back into reading!
